The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Mike Levin, Mike Levin for Congress, refunded $1,666 to Francis X. De Rosa on Sept. 21, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Mike Levin for Congress has refunded $6,166 total since April 1.
