Young Kim, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California’s 40th district, shared a series of updates on social media reflecting her engagements and sentiments in late March 2025.

On March 23, Kim congratulated MINISO on the opening of their 300th store in Tustin. She expressed excitement over the company’s growth and success within the community. “Congratulations to MINISO on the grand opening of their 300th store in the City of Tustin! Exciting to see such growth and success in our community.”

Later that day, Kim detailed her volunteer work at the Tustin Area Senior Center alongside Meals on Wheels of Orange County. She highlighted serving over 80 seniors, including veterans and a notable centenarian. Kim commended Meals on Wheels for its community support efforts. “I volunteered at the Tustin Area Senior Center with Meals on Wheels of Orange County to serve over 80 incredible seniors, including a remarkable 105-year-old & several veterans.”

On March 24, Young Kim mourned the passing of Mia Love, praising her character and dedication to public service. Kim reflected on Love’s impact and extended condolences to her family. “Mourning the passing & celebrating the life of @MiaBLove, whose character, dedication, & work ethic embodied the best of public service & inspired countless Americans.”
