On Friday, March 13, Aryanna Hudson, a former San Juan Hills High School player, helped lead her current college team, the Vanguard Lions, to a 79-75 win over the Cal State Los Angeles Golden Eagles in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The matchup tipped off at 7:30 p.m. at Nicholson Arena and was the Lions’ first tournament game this year against the Golden Eagles.
The Lions are scheduled to return to Nicholson Arena for their next game on Saturday, March 14, at 7:30 p.m.
