Former Santa Margarita Catholic High School star Joey Hagen was part of the Trinity Tigers team that fell to the Babson Beavers 6-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball matchup on Sunday, March 1, at 10 a.m.
The contest, held at Trinity Baseball Field, marked the third meeting between these two teams this season. The Tigers previously defeated the Beavers 9-4 in their game on Saturday, Feb. 28.
Hagen took the mound for 1.2 innings and tallied two strikeouts.
Trinity’s next scheduled game is Friday, March 6, at 6 p.m. at Trinity Baseball Field against the Kean Cougars.
