On Sunday, April 27, former Capistrano Valley High School standout Addison Walker’s current college team, the Incarnate Word Cardinals, won 9-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.

The game took place at Chapman Field. This was their third matchup against the Islanders this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 12 p.m. at Sullivan Field against UTRGV Vaqueros.
