Former Santa Margarita Catholic High School standout Nick Armento played on Friday, May 23 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship

On Friday, May 23, former Santa Margarita Catholic High School standout Nick Armento’s current collegiate team the Trinity Tigers won 5-4 against the McMurry War Hawks in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Trinity Baseball Field at 7 p.m. and was the first matchup against the McMurry War Hawks in the tournament.

The Trinity Tigers’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 4 p.m. at Trinity Baseball Field.
