Camryn Smith, former El Toro High School standout, played on Thursday, Feb. 27 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Thursday, Feb. 27, former El Toro High School standout Camryn Smith’s current college team, the Saint Mary's Gaels, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.

The game took place at Campus Diamond. This was their second matchup against the Gauchos this season.

The Gaels’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 9 a.m. at Campus Diamond against Creighton Bluejays.
