In compliance with Assembly Bill 481, the Orange County Sheriff's Department is organizing a community meeting. Scheduled for Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 1 p.m., the meeting will take place in the County Administration Building South’s Conference Center. The address for the event is 601 N. Ross St., Santa Ana, CA 92701.

According to the announcement, community members are invited to attend to learn about AB 481. There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions to personnel from the Sheriff's Department.
