Following her heartfelt message, Kim addressed fiscal matters on April 22, 2025, noting her team's efforts to return taxpayer money. Kim, who was born in 1962 in Incheon, South Korea, and currently resides in La Habra, graduated from the University of Southern California in 1985 with a BBA. Her continued commitment to her constituents reflects her background as both a congresswoman since 2021 and a former California State Assembly member from 2014 to 2016.
