Young Kim, aged 60, was born in Incheon, South Korea in 1962 and currently resides in La Habra. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1985 and has had a distinguished career in politics, marked by a commitment to her constituents and various public policy issues.
