On March 22, 2025, Young Kim expressed gratitude for a meeting with physician leaders and partners from the Orange County Medical Association and Inland Empire Health Plan. She acknowledged their efforts by stating: "Great meeting with physician leaders & partners from the Orange County Medical Association & Inland Empire Health Plan. Thank you for all of your work to ensure that our communities receive the quality care that they deserve!"

Later on the same day, Kim engaged with small business leaders from California's 40th district in a roundtable discussion. She highlighted her legislative efforts by saying: "I met with CA-40 small business leaders for a roundtable discussion on my work in Congress to combat organized retail crime, address the SALT cap, & reduce regulatory burdens for small businesses. Thriving businesses mean a stronger community!"

In another meeting held on March 22, 2025, Kim discussed healthcare improvements at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo. She stated: "Had a productive roundtable with leaders of Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo to discuss improving quality of care & addressing burdensome regulations to help reduce healthcare costs. I will continue to fight to protect & strengthen access to care for Californians."
