On November 18, 2024, Young Kim expressed enthusiasm about the expansion of healthcare services in Orange County. She noted, "Exciting to see the Lestonnac Free Clinic in #Orange expand its life-saving services to patients in our community."

Later that day, Kim addressed the issue of organized retail crime affecting small business owners in Southern California. She announced her leadership role in a bipartisan legislative effort aimed at improving law enforcement coordination. Kim stated, "Unfortunately, Southern California small business owners know organized retail crime all too well. I’m leading a bipartisan bill to boost information sharing between law enforcement agencies to address these crimes & keep us safe."

In another post dated November 19, 2024, Kim acknowledged the return of Andrew Brown, a firefighter from the OC Fire Authority who was involved in an accident during the Airport Fire.
