Pricing for the median home in Laguna Hills increased during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Laguna Hills rose by $225,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,300,000 - a 20.9 percent increase over the $1,075,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Laguna Hills in April 2021.
