April: Laguna Niguel experienced a 19% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Laguna Niguel rose by $240,000 while total sales decreased by 42.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,500,000 - a 19 percent increase over the $1,260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Laguna Niguel in April 2021.
