Home prices increased in Ladera Ranch during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Ladera Ranch rose by $365,000 while total sales decreased by 48.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,650,000 - a 28.4 percent increase over the $1,285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Ladera Ranch in April 2021.
