Laguna Beach home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Laguna Beach rose by $250,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,675,000 - a 10.3 percent increase over the $2,425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Laguna Beach in April 2021.
