On June 14, Mithat and Michele Guraydin purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 28476 Viaduct Nandina, Laguna Niguel from Jeffery R. Bate (trustee) and Anny H. Bate (trustee) for $888,000.

So far in June 2019, this is the only property that sold in Laguna Niguel as of this publication.
