On May 19, Michael J. Volpe and Leng Chao purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 12 Songbird Lane, Aliso Viejo from Peter Pham (trustee) and Molly Magee (trustee) for $905,000.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Aliso Viejo as of this publication.
