Former Dana Hills High player Ben Moulin and the Penn Quakers dropped a 5-3 decision to the Mercer Bears in their NCAA Division I baseball game at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28.
OrthoGeorgia Park at Claude Smith Field hosted the contest, the teams’ second meeting this season. The Quakers fell 5-4 to Mercer in their previous game, played Friday, Feb. 27.
Moulin contributed one inning on the mound and tallied one strikeout.
Penn’s next clash with Mercer is set for 1 p.m. Sunday, March 1, once again at OrthoGeorgia Park at Claude Smith Field.
