The Orange County Sheriff’s Department has released a Critical Incident Video related to a deputy-involved shooting that took place on March 28, 2025, in Dana Point, California. The video is available for public viewing on YouTube.

The department stated its intention to “foster greater public trust with the community we serve” by publishing such videos.
