Cal Poly Mustangs earned a 5-4 victory over the UC Davis Aggies in an NCAA Division I baseball contest Sunday, March 22, at 1 p.m., with former Laguna Beach High School standout Nick Bonn playing for the Mustangs.
The matchup was held at Baggett Stadium, marking their second meeting this season. The Mustangs also claimed a tight 12-11 win on Saturday, March 21, in the teams’ previous game.
Bonn contributed by pitching one inning.
Cal Poly is set to host the Aggies again in their next game at Baggett Stadium, scheduled for Monday, March 23.
