On Thursday, May 15, former Dana Hills High School standout Rocco DiFrancesco’s current collegiate team the Colorado Mesa Mavericks won 5-2 against the Metro State Roadrunners in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Irwin Field at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Metro State Roadrunners in the tournament.

The Colorado Mesa Mavericks’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 9 p.m. at Irwin Field.
